The Hotel management is absolutely professional and very kind. About the stuff we can tell the same. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. Everything what they offered us during the breakfast was amazing especially the bread roll what the Egyptian young man prepared for everybody. He was very friendly and explaining us the tradition about this food. The hotel room was very cosy and well equipped. The hotel has very good position, but ONLY if you don’t plan to travel to Dubai so often. Otherwise, you will loose enough time and have extra taxi charges due to missing metro connection & public transportation.

Its our second time staying in this hotel and it will always be the facility, the design of room- whom I love the most and the breakfast is the reason why i have booked it again. HUZAIFAH the trainee and the Myanmar lady I forgot her name add extra spice to our stay for accomodating us in the restaurant in a very friendly manner. They were engaged to my little 2 yr old baby and as a parent it warms my heart. The Myanmar lady even ask us if we want a food for my child so she can ask tbe chef but i said its okay, surprisingly she brought us nuggets and fries the next day🥰, thank u.

· As expected from this hotel, it has met all the aspirations that I expected from it, as it is always a safe haven every time I need to feel comfortable from the trouble of work. And the reception smile that gives a sense of comfort upon arrival and also The workers quickly responded to any additional requests. And I especially thank Mr. Abdul Kareem And I also extend my gratitude to Ms (Sara) for her good treatment And her charming smile that makes the guest feel that he is in his second home, as well as the quick wit she enjoys in dealing with the guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of tge city. We really love the jacuzzi in the room, the wide variety breakfast and the amenities inside the room. Dinner is okay- not much of menu I must say but its okay; but we love most the breakfast, it is really good- my kids enjoyed their breakfast so much. We actually book for 1 room with interconnecting room for my kids. When we had our check in, they are offering us a seperate rooms, I asked them why I cant get the room we book prior if the interconnecting rooms are unavailable, they apologize and says they are fully booked. The reception team is fair enough to offer us an upgrade room with a sea view and gave us 2 beds as I am with my children and seperate rooms are not convenient to us. Thank you for the reception team consideration and immediate action just for us not to get disappointed- kudos to Mr David team in reception.

I liked the easy atmosphere at the hotel, available staff ready to assist with any issue whatsoever. Also willing to go out of their way to satisfy, which was very much appreciated. The location was ideal for our purpose. Step out and a cab stops within a minute or two. Very convenient.

I had some alergy to newly cleaned carpets and the guys at the hotel specially Mustafa and his colleague Noham over met my expectation. Mustafa was really professional, changed my room with even a better view and was able to attend to all my crazy requests. These guys should be really in a managerial position as they know exactly how to deal with a difficult customer like myself. Hats off!

Very nice Hotel, clean and nice design in the room. Comfortable bed and quiet big room with coffee and tea and water provided. We had a beautiful view while having breakfast, and the food was excellent. I would recommend this place especially for the breakfast!! Very polite staff from reception to kitchen staff.

The happy smile and hospitality from each staff are appreciated. Just to highlight, there one gentleman called Baiju was so helpful from beginning till end. His enthusiasm makes us feel so happy. We were there to attend the AlMajaz Sharjah event festival. The location was so close. There are plenty of restaurants surrounded by the hotel made us explore variety food.

Great staff, Always smiling and welcoming the guests and always there to try to solve any problem the guests face and try to satisfy them and make their stay profitable. The location is really great and the rooms clean. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
